Micro-injection: striking customizations on large and small surfaces

Micro-injection: striking customizations on large and small surfaces

Micro-injection is a type of processing with a strong aesthetic impact that gives patches and labels a quality of detail that is difficult to obtain with other techniques.

This treatment has the advantage of being able to be used on a wide range of materials, such as: leather, synthetic and plastic products, fabrics of all kinds.

In addition to the print quality, the main plus of this technology is that the products made with micro-injection are very resistant;  this last feature is one of the main reasons why the patches and labels created with this technique are chosen by those who produce sportswear, outdoor and activewear.

The materials used for micro-injection molding are mostly plastic: PVC, silicone and polyurethane.

The use of these materials allows the application of writings and images no longer with glue, or with other obsolete systems, but with the absolute fusion of the printed object with the added decorative element.

The main applications of micro-injection are found wherever maximum customization is required of: embossed rubberized labels and patches, decorative ribbons and fabrics, zip pullers, velcro accessories.

The final result has a strong indelible coloring of logos and images with a strong aesthetic impact: customized patches and labels that will give character and strength to the garments you create for the next collection.
